Spain VAT registration requires the following information
1. Sample of official certificate confirming your business activities
In the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as "China"), from a regulatory perspective, a business license (business license) issued by the local Administration for Industry and Commerce (AIC, Industry and Commerce Bureau) is the official certificate confirming the establishment of any Chinese company. If your business license is three certificates in one or five certificates in one, then the business license will include the company's tax registration certificate. Relevant information can also be queried from the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System.
2. Certificate issued by your bank
A certificate issued by your bank to confirm that you hold its account and complete bank account details.
3. Letter of attorney
If a tax consultant assists you in registering for Spanish VAT, you will need to provide this document. Your tax advisor will provide this pre-filled form for you to sign.
4. Personal identity documents of the legal representative, such as a copy of passport or ID card.
5. Articles of Association
Each Chinese company may hold its Articles of Association (AOA)
A signed original copy and a copy of the original Articles of Association any revisions. If the company does not keep its own copy, the company can search for archived copies at the competent local industrial and commercial bureau archives (archives office). Industrial and commercial bureaus are organized at the municipal level, and each region has its own industrial and commercial bureau.
