The basketball game is played by two teams, each with five players. The goal of each team is to score at the other team's basket and prevent the other team from scoring.

The playing field should be flat, solid and barrier-free (Figure 1). Its size is 28 meters long and 15 meters wide, measured from the inner edge of the boundary line.
The National Federation has the right to approve the existing competition venues with the minimum size of 26 meters long and 14 meters wide for hosting and competitions.

All lines should be drawn in the same color (preferably white), 5 cm wide and clearly visible.

The playing field is defined by the boundary line consisting of two end lines (short sides) and two side lines (long sides). These lines are not part of the playing field.

4. 1. 1 When a player has been recognized as a team to participate in the competition according to the regulations of the competition organization department (including the age limit), he is a qualified player.
4. 1.2 When a player's name has been registered on the record before the start of the game, and he has neither been disqualified from the game nor fouled for five times, he is a qualified player.
4. 1.3 During the competition time, a team member:
He was a player when he was on the field and was eligible to participate in the competition.
He is a substitute when he is not on the field, but he is eligible to participate in the competition.
When he commits five fouls and is no longer eligible to participate in the game, he is a player who is expelled.
4. 1.4 During the break of the competition, all the players who are qualified to participate in the competition are regarded as players.
4.2 regulations
4.2. 1 Each group shall be composed according to the following requirements:
No more than 12 qualified players, including a team leader.
A coach, and an assistant coach if the team needs it.
Up to five team members with special responsibilities, such as team leader, doctor, physiotherapist, statistician, translator, etc. , you can sit on the bench.
4.2.2 During the competition time, each team should have 5 players on the field and can be replaced.
4.2.3 Substitutes become players and players become substitutes:

4.3 clothing
4.3. 1 The clothing of team members shall be composed according to the following requirements:
The main color of the vest is the same before and after.
All players must tuck their vests into their competition shorts. One piece of clothing is allowed.
Unless the team members have the written consent of the doctor, they are not allowed to wear T-shirts (regardless of style) under the vest. If there is such permission, the color of the T-shirt must be consistent with the main color of the vest.
The main color of shorts is consistent, but it doesn't have to be the same as the color of vest.
Tight underwear longer than shorts is allowed, as long as it is the same color as shorts.
4.3.2 Each player should wear a vest with numbers on the front and back, and the clear monochrome number is obviously different from the color of the vest.
Numbers should be clearly visible and:
The number on the back must be at least 20 cm high.
The height of the box should be at least10cm.
Numbers must be at least 2 cm wide.
Teams should use numbers between 4 and 15. The National Federation has the right to approve any other number with a maximum of two digits to hold the competition.
Players should not wear the same number.
Any advertisement or logo should be at least 5 cm away from the number.
4.3.3 The team must have at least two sets of vests, and:
The first team (home team) named in the order book should wear light color (preferably white).
The second team (visiting team) named in the order book should wear dark vests.
However, if the two teams agree, they can exchange the colors of the vests.
4.4 Other equipment
4.4. 1 All the equipment used by the players must meet the competition requirements. It is not allowed to use any equipment aimed at increasing the player's height or extension range, or to obtain illegitimate benefits in any other way.
4.4.2 Players are not allowed to wear equipment (articles) that may cause harm to other players.
The following items are not allowed to be used:-Protective devices, modules or protective covers for fingers, hands, wrists, elbows or forearms made of leather, plastic, soft plastic, metal or any other hard substance, even if there is a soft dressing on the surface.
-Something that will cut or scratch (nails must be cut very short)
-Headdresses, hair accessories and jewelry.
Use is allowed in the following projects:
-Protective equipment for shoulders, upper arms, thighs or calves, if the material is completely wrapped.

4.4.3 Any other equipment not explicitly mentioned in this article must be approved by the FIBA Technical Committee.
Article 5. Player: Injured
5. 1 If a player is injured, the referee can stop the game.
5.2 If the ball is a live ball at the time of injury, the referee should not whistle until the side in possession of the ball shoots, loses control of the ball, stops attacking with the ball or the ball has become a dead ball. If it is necessary to protect the injured players, the referee can stop the game immediately.
5.3 If the injured player can't continue the game immediately (about 15 seconds) or receive treatment, he must be replaced, and the team must continue the game with less than 5 players.
5.4 Coaches, assistant coaches, substitutes and players may enter the competition venue with the permission of the referee and take care of the injured players before being replaced.
5.5 If the doctor judges that the injured player needs immediate treatment, the doctor can enter the playing field without the permission of the referee.
5.6 During the competition, any player who is bleeding or has a wound must be replaced, and the player can only return to the venue after the bleeding has stopped and the affected area or wound has been completely and safely bandaged.
Any team requests a time-out. Before the recorder gives the replacement signal, if the injured player or any player who is bleeding or injured recovers, the player can continue the game.
5.7 Players who have been designated to play by the coach at the beginning of the game can be replaced in case of injury. In this case, the other side has the right to change the same number of players if they want.
Article 6 Captain: Duties and Powers
6. 1 The captain is a player who represents his team on the playing field. During the game, he can contact the referee for information. Do it politely, and only when the ball dies and the game clock stops.
6.2 If the team protests against the result of the match and signs the column "Team Protest Captain's Signature" on the record form, the captain shall notify the referee immediately after the match.
Article 7 Coaches: Duties and Powers
7. 1 At least 20 minutes before the scheduled competition starts, each coach or his representative shall submit to the recorder the names and corresponding numbers of the qualified players, as well as the names of the team captains, coaches and assistant coaches. All the players who fill in their names on the record sheet have the right to participate in the competition, even if they arrive after the competition starts.
7.2 At least 10 minutes before the start of the competition, each coach should sign the record sheet to confirm the names of his players, corresponding numbers and coaches. At the same time, they should point out five players who will start the game. The coach of Team A should provide this information first.
7.3 Unless otherwise stipulated in these Rules, only coaches and assistant coaches (as well as substitutes and players) are allowed to stay and stay in their seats.
7.4 The coach or assistant coach can go to the record desk to get statistical data during the game, only when the ball becomes a dead ball and the game clock stops.
7.5 Only the coach is allowed to stand during the competition. During the game, as long as he stays in the area where the players sit, he can talk to the players.
7.6 If there is an assistant coach, his/her name must be filled in the record form before the competition starts (signature is not required). If the coach can't continue to work for any reason, he must bear all the responsibilities and powers of the coach.
7.7 When the captain leaves the competition field, the coach shall inform the referee of the number of captains on the field.
7.8 If there is no coach or the coach can't continue to work, and the assistant coach (or the latter can't continue to work) is not filled in the record form, the team leader shall be the coach. If the captain has to leave the field, he can continue to be a coach. However, if he has to leave after being disqualified, or can't be a coach because of injury, his captain's replacement will take his place as a coach.
7.9 The coach shall designate the penalty taker when all the rules do not determine the penalty taker.
