Article 502 A lawfully formed contract shall become effective upon its formation. Where laws and administrative regulations stipulate that examination and approval, registration and other procedures shall be handled, such provisions shall prevail.

Article 6 Civil subjects engaged in civil activities shall follow the principle of fairness and reasonably determine the rights and obligations of all parties.
