1. First, entrust a notary in the United States or an international notary lawyer to notarize the passport and sign and seal it

2. Send the notarized document to the Secretary of State of the United States for authentication

3. After the Secretary of State of the United States authenticates it, submit it to the China Embassy and Consulate in the United States for authentication.

General passport certification is valid for half a year, and it is expected that notarization certification will be required again after that.
