Article 4 Move out of the household registration
The Seller shall, within days from the date of collecting the total house price, go through the formalities for moving out of the original household registration at the household registration authority where the house is located. If the Seller fails to move out of the relevant account of the house on schedule, the Seller shall pay the Buyer a penalty of 0.5 ‰ of the total house price for each day overdue. Article 6 Delivery and acceptance of houses
