Usually, large companies will have mail signatures in a unified format.
It can be said that email signature is the most commonly used function in sending emails.

In order to ensure that the signed content can be automatically loaded when creating or replying to a new email, we should choose this new signature when creating a new email and replying/forwarding: just click "OK" after editing to save the signed content;
