1. Accommodation objects

All graduate students, undergraduate students, junior college students (including directed students, commissioned students, self-financed students) and preparatory students officially recruited by our school, as long as they pay in accordance with regulations Accommodation fees and deposits are required for accommodation in student apartments, and will be arranged by the apartment management service center.

II. Organizational structure and responsibilities and authorities

(1) Organizational structure

Our school’s student apartments implement a three-level management system, namely the school general affairs office, student apartments Management service center and apartment management teams of each department. Among them, the apartment management team of each department is headed by the counselor who is mainly responsible for student education and management. Its members include the life minister of the student union of each department and the administrator of the apartment where students of the department live.

(2) Responsibilities and authorities of three-level management

2. Apartment Management Service Center

(2) Responsible for the daily management of student apartments across the school, and assess the work of the apartment management teams of each department.

(4) Strengthen political and ideological work, and educational service personnel serve students wholeheartedly.

3. Apartment Management Team

(1) Under the guidance and coordination of the Apartment Management Service Center, be fully responsible for the daily management of student apartments in this department.

(2) Conscientiously implement the "Xi'an University of Science and Technology Student Apartment Management Regulations" and actively carry out teaching and education, management and education, and service and education activities.

3. Apartment Management System

(1) Student Apartment Accommodation Management System

5. Female students live in separate buildings. Male and female students are not allowed to enter the apartments of the opposite sex or other persons without permission.

6. Maintain public order and keep the dormitory quiet. (2) Student Apartment Safety Management System

2. The doors of each apartment will be opened at 6:00 in the morning and locked on time at 11:30 in the evening. Those who return late must register with their student ID card and explain the reason before entering the apartment.

4. 8. Each door opening of the apartment building should be equipped with fire extinguishing equipment, which should be kept by a dedicated person and repaired or replaced in time to ensure normal use at critical moments.

9. The personnel on duty have the right to inquire the names, units, and certificates of persons entering and exiting at any time, and students must accept inquiries politely.

10. All students should actively cooperate with the dormitory management personnel to ensure the security of the apartment building. (3) Sanitation management system of student apartments

(4) Student Apartment Award, Penalty and Compensation System

1. Reward

The dormitory leaders who are rated as civilized dormitories will receive an additional 3 points for their moral education in the semester comprehensive evaluation, and dormitory members will receive an additional 2 points. 2. Compensation

Students must take good care of public property when staying in an apartment. For damaged or lost public facilities, they must find out the cause and compensate according to the price. 3. Punishment

Students who violate these regulations will be dealt with according to school rules and disciplines, depending on their circumstances and attitudes, and will be deducted 2-5 points for moral education in the comprehensive assessment. No one is allowed to participate in the evaluation.

For dormitories and individuals who seriously violate the apartment accommodation management system, safety management system, and hygiene management system, the apartment management service center has the right to impose a financial penalty of 5-50 yuan in accordance with relevant regulations, depending on their understanding and attitude.

IV. Financial Management

3. According to the regulations of superior documents, the school should allocate 24% of the student accommodation fees to the apartment management service center every year to pay for the management of student apartments and ensure the normal operation of the student apartments.

5. Items and Equipment

VI. Real estate, water and electricity maintenance and management

(2) Water and electricity management

1. Each apartment implements a regular water supply system, and students should save water.

2. Each apartment has a real-time power supply system, with power supply at 6:00 in the morning and lights out at 11:00 in the evening.

3. The school provides free power supply of 12 kilowatt hours to each dormitory in summer (May to September each year) and 15 kilowatt hour in winter (October to April of the following year). The excess power consumption will be charged to each dormitory. Please pay the electricity bill according to the meter quantity and the price specified by the school. For dormitories that do not pay the electricity bill in time, the apartment management service center has the right to stop the power supply.
