International organization of consumers unions is an independent, non-profit and non-political organization. 1960, founded by consumer organizations in the United States, Britain, Australia, Belgium and the Netherlands, is registered in the Netherlands, headquartered in The Hague, the Netherlands, and now moved to London, England, with its Asia-Pacific branch in Penang, Malaysia.
