Find a complaint to the local labor inspection brigade and ask for a solution. You need to fill in the form and record the order number. Avoid dealing with unresponsive staff.
According to the provisions of the Labor Law, wages are paid monthly. The wages of the previous month can be paid in the same month. If the company defaults on wages, workers can complain to the Labor Inspection Brigade, which will order the employer to pay wages within a time limit.
Article 50 of the "Labor Law" stipulates: Wages shall be paid to the workers themselves in monetary form on a monthly basis. Workers shall not be deducted or delay wages without reason.
Article 7 of the "Interim Provisions on Wage Payment" stipulates that wages must be paid on the date agreed between the employer and the employee. In case of holidays or rest days, payment should be made in advance on the nearest working day. Salaries are paid at least once a month.
Article 85 of the "Labor Contract Law" stipulates: If the employer has any of the following circumstances,
(1) Failure to pay in full and in a timely manner in accordance with the labor contract or national regulations Paying labor remuneration to workers;
(2) Paying workers wages lower than the local minimum wage standard;
(3) Arranging overtime work without paying overtime pay;
(4) Removing or terminating the labor contract without paying economic compensation to the employee in accordance with this law.
