Third provincial administrative departments of Surveying and mapping in charge of the province's surveying and mapping results management and supervision. Its main tasks are: to implement the national laws and regulations on the management of surveying and mapping achievements; Formulate and supervise the implementation of specific measures for the management of surveying and mapping achievements in the province; Responsible for receiving, collecting, sorting, storing and providing the basic surveying and mapping achievements of the whole province and related professional surveying and mapping achievements.
The institutions designated by the regional administrative office and the people's governments of cities, prefectures and counties to manage surveying and mapping work shall be responsible for the supervision and management of surveying and mapping achievements in the region.
The relevant departments of the provincial people's government, the central units in Hubei, and the surveying and mapping achievements management institutions of colleges and universities are responsible for the management of surveying and mapping achievements of their own departments and units. Article 4 Surveying and mapping units shall conscientiously implement the laws, regulations and rules on confidentiality, and mark the classification and confidentiality period of surveying and mapping results in a timely manner in accordance with the provisions of the administrative department of Surveying and mapping in the State Council and the state secrecy department. Surveying and mapping results that are not confidential but not suitable for public use shall be determined as internal data. Article 5 Whether the confidentiality scope and classification of surveying and mapping results are clear or not shall be examined and approved by the provincial administrative department of surveying and mapping in accordance with the provisions. Before the above problems are solved, storage units and users should take safety measures in advance according to the suggested classification. Article 6 No unit or individual may copy, transfer or lend confidential surveying and mapping results without the approval of the unit that originally determined the classification. Sending, receiving, transmitting and carrying out confidential surveying and mapping results must take safety measures in accordance with regulations.
The confidential surveying and mapping results that have been copied and extracted with approval shall be managed according to the original classification. Seventh confidential surveying and mapping results of the expiration of the confidentiality period, the storage unit can decrypt; If it is necessary to extend the confidentiality period or decrypt it within the original confidentiality period, it must be approved by the unit that originally determined the classification and confidentiality period. Article 8 The relevant competent departments of the people's governments at all levels and the management institutions of surveying and mapping achievements shall conduct regular or irregular inspections on the use and management of confidential surveying and mapping achievements within the management scope, and report the inspection results to the provincial administrative department of surveying and mapping and the confidential work department. Ninth surveying and mapping results storage and use of units, should establish and improve the surveying and mapping results registration system, storage system and lending system, equipped with special personnel or designated part-time personnel for management. Tenth the destruction of confidential surveying and mapping results, must be in accordance with the surveying and mapping results management authority, after the identification of the relevant surveying and mapping results management agencies, according to the following provisions for approval:
County (city) within the scope of surveying and mapping results using units to destroy confidential surveying and mapping results, the county (city) administrative person in charge of approval;
The destruction of confidential surveying and mapping results by units that use the surveying and mapping results of cities and prefectures shall be approved by the administrative person in charge of the regional administrative office or the competent department of the people's government of cities and prefectures;
The destruction of confidential surveying and mapping results by provincial units, central units in Hubei and institutions of higher learning shall be approved by the administrative person in charge at or above the division level. Eleventh destroyed confidential surveying and mapping results shall be catalogued, registered and filed, and the appraiser, issuer and approver shall sign the register.
After the destruction of confidential surveying and mapping results, it shall be filed with the unit that provides the results. The destruction of top secret surveying and mapping results shall be filed with the provincial administrative department of surveying and mapping. Twelfth surveying and mapping results, original surveying and mapping data and data commissioned by the surveying and mapping units can be preserved by the surveying and mapping units or by the entrusting units. Surveying and mapping data and data kept by surveying and mapping units shall not be copied, lent, transferred and published without the consent of the entrusting unit. Article 13 The following basic surveying and mapping achievements and professional surveying and mapping achievements finally completed by surveying and mapping units in our province shall be submitted to the administrative department of surveying and mapping in the State Council, and shall be submitted to the provincial, prefecture, city and state surveying and mapping management institutions in accordance with the management authority of surveying and mapping achievements before the end of March each year:
(a) astronomical survey, geodesy, satellite geodesy and gravity survey data and maps and copies (in duplicate);
(2) Catalogue of aerospace remote sensing mapping negatives and tapes (in duplicate);
(three) topographic maps, general maps, cadastral maps, administrative boundaries and other important thematic maps (in duplicate);
(4) Copies of officially printed topographic maps, general maps and other important thematic maps (in duplicate);
(5) Catalogue of materials and maps related to major engineering investigation (in duplicate).
Surveying and mapping units from other provinces and military surveying and mapping units undertake surveying and mapping achievements formed by surveying and mapping tasks in our province, as well as surveying and mapping achievements completed by foreigners within the territory of our province with approval. The entrusting unit shall submit a catalogue or a copy according to the above provisions.
