Zhao Lei, born on January 1, 1999 in Xiamen, Fujian, is a male singer from Mainland China and a member of the men's singing and dancing group X9 Youth League. He studied at Xiamen No. 1 Middle School[1].

In November 2015, he participated as a contestant in Zhejiang Satellite TV's "Burning Boy" program.
