A contract may be signed in the name of an agent. Where an agent is entrusted to sign a contract, a power of attorney shall be issued to the agent, otherwise the contract signed by the agent shall not take effect. When entrusting others to sign a contract, you must confirm the contents of the contract, otherwise it is likely that disputes will arise because of unclear entrustment authority.
Legal objectivity:
Article 16 1 of the Civil Law stipulates that a civil subject may carry out civil legal acts through an agent. In accordance with the provisions of the law, the agreement of the parties or the nature of civil legal acts, civil legal acts that should be implemented by themselves shall not be represented.
