Divorce by agreement:
First, the reporting conditions:
1. Both parties are legally registered husband and wife;
2. The divorce of both parties is completely voluntary;
3. Both parties have full capacity for civil conduct;
4. The two sides reached an agreement on matters such as child support, property and debt handling;
5. One or both parties' household registration is the permanent residence in the local jurisdiction;
6. Both parties must apply to the marriage registration office at the same time and may not entrust others to act as agents;
7. The original documents provided by the parties must be legal, complete, true and valid.
Second, the handling of materials:
1. account book;
2. Resident identity card;
3. Marriage certificate;
4. Divorce agreement. (The agreement shall specify the expression of the divorce will of both parties and the unanimous opinion on matters such as child support, property and bond disposal;
5. Two two-inch single photos with the same background color and bareheaded front.
Three. Procedure:
1. Both parties file a written application for divorce and show their certificates;
2. The two sides reached a written agreement on family property disposal, child support, parental support, creditor's rights and debts;
3. Fill in the Declaration of Application for Divorce Registration and the Divorce Agreement;
4. Fill in the application for divorce registration and the marriage registration certificate, and the registration authority will review it;
5. Get the divorce certificate.
Fourth, the collection procedure:
(1) Accepting the applications filed by couples applying for divorce registration and examining the legal documents that they should submit;
(2) The marriage registration authority clearly informs the couple applying for divorce registration that they meet the conditions for divorce registration stipulated in the Marriage Law;
(three) ask whether the contents and wishes of the divorce agreement are consistent, and if there is any objection, an agreement should be reached through consultation again;
(four) ask whether there is any objection to the child support and property debt handling, if there is, it should be re-agreed;
(5) Fill in the Declaration of Application for Divorce Registration, and sign or fingerprint in front of the marriage registrar;
(six) the parties read the "application for divorce registration statement" in front of the marriage registrar and fill in the "divorce registration processing form".

(1) Re-verifying the names, dates of birth and divorce intentions of both parties;
(2) The marriage registrar shall inform them of the legal relationship between the two parties, their relationship with their children and their respective obligations after receiving the divorce certificate;
(3) Sign or fingerprint the Divorce Registration Form. This column must be handled by the parties themselves and shall not be represented by others;
(four) cancel the marriage certificates of both parties and issue divorce certificates;
(5) announcing the dissolution of the relationship between husband and wife.
