How to add text to gif dynamic pictures in ps
1. First open the gif map in PS, and then click Window → Timeline. The interface you see is like this. In the above figure, 1 stands for pictures that appear in chronological order, and 2 stands for storing pictures and adjusting the pictures displayed in each frame. Simply put, each frame is made into a picture and connected into a gif.

Modify size

Image → image size (scaling) or image → canvas size (cropping scaling), which is set to 500px*500px here. It is important to select all the layers, edit them → freely transform them and adjust them to the appropriate size.

3. Add a word to the picture.

Select the top layer, add a layer, be careful not to change the state of the small eyes in front of the picture (don't change whether to display the layer), write the required text, and then you can save it.

4. File → Save as web format parameters are shown in the figure below.

Pay attention to two points. Choose gif in the upper right corner and forever in the lower right corner, so that GIF can be modified simply. You can simply control the picture size (occupy space) in the upper right corner and choose to optimize the file size.
