Chapter I Recognition and Reward
Article 1 The reward for model workers and advanced producers (workers) shall adhere to the principle of combining spiritual encouragement with material encouragement and giving priority to spiritual encouragement.

Chapter II Cultivation and Improvement

Article 8 To publicize their deeds, we should seek truth from facts and proceed from reality. For reasonable demands, we should dare to speak out and support them; Give strong support to their inventions, creations, innovations and suggestions; For those who have been hit, we should appeal for them and safeguard justice.
Ninth often organize experience exchange meetings, convey the spirit of the meeting, exchange advanced ideas and experiences, praise and publicize the * * * preconceived materialistic style of work and the labor attitude of modernization, and educate all aspects through organizing activities.
Chapter III Care and Care
Article 10 In order to ensure that they do their jobs wholeheartedly, they should always know how to master their jobs and prevent them from taking part-time jobs or engaging in unproductive activities too much.

Twelfth stable advanced team, generally should not be easily transferred.
Thirteenth in the advanced production (work), especially the provincial and municipal labor model economic and political punishment should be cautious.
Fourteenth provincial and municipal factory model workers should have regular physical examinations every year, and their injuries, disabilities, illness and death should be properly handled. For the model workers in provincial and municipal factories, the opinions should be reported to the Party committee and the superior trade union for the record.
Fifteenth seriously receive their letters and visits, reflect the situation should be recorded, actively and seriously, and will reply to me, and strive to be satisfied.
Sixteenth model workers who have made serious mistakes and must cancel the honorary title can only cancel the honorary title after the original naming procedure.
Chapter IV Filing Management
Article 17 All model workers and advanced producers (jobs) named by the factory should fill in deeds forms, sign opinions at different levels, affix the official seal of the factory, and keep them in personnel files for future reference.
Article 18 The trade union of the factory shall establish an annual "honor book" of the whole factory, and all individuals who have won the titles of model workers, advanced producers (jobs) and various activists inside and outside the factory shall be included in the honor book.
Chapter V Supplementary Provisions
Article 20 These Regulations shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
Article 21 The right to interpret and amend these Regulations belongs to the factory trade union.
