Code for construction of light steel keel ceiling
A, light steel keel ceiling construction technology:

Play the elevation horizontal line-draw the keel step line-fix the boom-install the main keel-install the secondary keel-completely correct the keel skeleton-install the cover panel-install the batten.

Second, the light steel keel construction standards and specifications

(1) elastic line

Use a spirit level to copy out the horizontal point at the corner of each wall (column) in the room, and pop up a horizontal line (generally 500mm from the ground). Measure it with a waterline to the design height of the ceiling and add a layer of board thickness, and use a chalk line to pop up the horizontal line along the wall (column), which is the lower leather line of the secondary keel of the ceiling. At the same time, according to the ceiling plan, the position of the main keel pops up on the concrete roof. The main keel is divided from the center of the suspended ceiling to both sides, with the maximum spacing of 1000mm, and the derrick keel is divided from the center of the suspended ceiling to both sides, with the maximum spacing of 000mm, and the spacing of the fixed points of the derrick is marked as 900-1000 mm. If the fixed points of beams and pipes are greater than the design and specification requirements, the fixed points of suspenders should be increased.

(2) the fixed boom

Fix the boom with expansion bolts. Punch holes in the top plate with an impact hammer and install expansion bolts. One end of the boom is welded with L30 x30 x3 angle code (the aperture of angle code is determined according to the diameter of boom and expansion bolt), and the other end is welded with screw. Precast suspenders shall be rust-proof. When there is no ceiling and the length of the suspender is less than 1000mm, the suspender can be used; When it is greater than 1000mm, Nessler steel hanger shall be adopted. Master cheng yen suspended ceiling, the hanger length is less than 1000mm, and na hanger can be used; When it is greater than 1000mm, it should be called steel hanger. Attention should also be paid when installing the boom: the boom should be straight and have sufficient bearing capacity. When the reinforcement needs to be extended, it must be welded by lap welding, and the weld should be uniform and full; Suspenders should be installed for chandeliers, tuyeres and access doors.

(3) Install the side keel

The side keel shall be installed according to the design requirements, and the L-shaped galvanized light steel strip shall be fixed on the embedded wooden brick along the horizontal keel line on the wall (column) with self-tapping screws; If it is a concrete wall (column), it can be fixed with nails, and the spacing of nails should be less than the spacing of secondary keels.

(4) Install the main keel

The main keel should be hung on the suspender and installed parallel to the length of the room with a spacing of 900-1000 mm. During installation, arch camber shall be erected, and the height of arch camber shall be 1/200- 1/300 of the room span. The cantilever section of the main keel should not be greater than 300mm, otherwise a boom should be added. The extension of the main keel should be connected, and the adjacent keel should be staggered. After the main keel is hung, it should be basically leveled.

Note: For the suspended ceiling with a span greater than above, add a large keel to the main keel every 1.5m, and weld it vertically with the main keel firmly; If there is a large modeling roof truss, the modeling part should be welded into a frame with angle steel or square steel and firmly connected with the floor.

(5) Install the secondary keel

Secondary keel is divided into open keel and dark keel. Secondary keels are divided into T-shaped painted keels and T-shaped aluminum alloy keels, and all kinds of strip gusset manufacturers are equipped with special keels. The secondary keel should be installed close to the main keel with a spacing of 300-600 mm The secondary keel is fixed on the main keel with a T-shaped galvanized iron sheet connector, and both ends of the secondary keel are placed on the horizontal flange of the L-shaped side keel. The strip gusset plate should have a special internal angle line as the side keel.

(6) Overall correction of keel frame

Conduct a comprehensive inspection and correction of the installed ceiling keel frame. After the structural position and levelness of primary and secondary keels are qualified, tighten all hangers and connectors and clamp them to make the whole skeleton stable and reliable.

(7) Installation of gypsum decorative board

Shelf installation: flat lap, exposed ceiling. Decorative gypsum board will overlap in the skeleton frame assembled with T-shaped keel, exposing the decorative keel of ceiling. When installing the plate, there should be a plate installation seam, and the gap on each side should not be greater than lmm.

Embedded installation of tongue and groove: For decorative gypsum board at the edge of tongue and groove, the slotted part at the edge of the board is butted against the T-shaped keel or insert, and the keel is hidden to become a hidden ceiling.
