(2) Insert the entity with electronic seal (such as USBKey) into the USB interface of the computer terminal.
(3) Start the electronic seal client system.
(4) read in the electronic document that needs to be stamped with the electronic seal.
(5) Where an electronic seal is needed in the electronic document, click the' Seal' function button on the menu.
(6) The system prompts the pin code of the seal entity.
(7) Enter the correct electronic seal and use the pin code, and the document will be stamped with the electronic seal.
After the Electronic Signature Law gives the electronic seal legal effect, the safe electronic seal will gradually replace the traditional seal, and the electronic file will replace the paper file, which can realize the whole process of application informationization and truly paperless office.
When verifying an electronic document with an electronic seal, a terminal computer with an electronic seal client system is also needed. When an electronic document with an electronic seal is opened, the electronic seal client system will automatically verify whether the electronic seal of the electronic document is valid. If the electronic document is modified without authorization, or the electronic seal is copied and pasted on the current electronic document, the electronic seal client system can find and immediately warn the user that the electronic document has been modified or the electronic document has been stamped with an invalid electronic seal, and the electronic seal cannot be displayed normally, thus achieving the purpose of protecting the integrity of the electronic document and verifying that the electronic seal must be associated with a specific electronic document.
