Before each school starts, we will hold a parent-teacher meeting to enhance understanding of the children and increase communication between teachers and parents, especially when children enter a new class and come into contact with new teachers, and parents The teacher and I didn’t understand each other, so I organized the parent-teacher meeting this semester as follows:

1. Let the parents introduce themselves. Since we have come together because of our children, it proves that we are destined and we are like a family, so we must get to know each other and understand every family member.

2. Let parents talk about their children’s strengths and what they want their children to change. In this way, we have an understanding of the child, including strengths and weaknesses, and every parent must speak.

3. Talk about your expectations for your children and your blessings for them. The child is in senior class and is about to enter elementary school. Parents can say anything they need or want to say to their children. Moreover, I ask parents to record their blessings for their children and share them with them. The children's photos are posted on the wall together to let the children know the love of their parents for them.
