Candidates judge and apply for graduation according to the professional examination plan, and the municipal self-study office is not responsible for notifying candidates to go through graduation procedures. Candidates who meet the graduation requirements must hold the Admission Ticket, the Identity Card and all the Course Certificates within the specified time (the first half of June in the first half of the year and the first half of February in the second half of the year, subject to the arrangement of the local self-study office). Those who apply for the undergraduate diploma must also hold the original diploma of junior college or above, apply for the diploma at the local self-study office, and print the qualified candidates after the preliminary examination by the municipal self-study office.

On-the-job personnel are written by the person in charge of the personnel (labor) department of the candidate's unit and stamped with the official seal of the unit; Non-on-the-job personnel shall be audited by the township government or sub-district offices, and their opinions and official seals shall be written. After the three-level examination by the Municipal Self-study Office, the Examiner College and the Provincial Self-study Committee, those who meet the requirements will be issued with graduation certificates and graduates' files.

Candidates will submit their admission ticket, ID card and all the qualified certificates of individual subjects to the local self-study office for preliminary examination, and after passing the preliminary examination, they will be issued the Graduate Registration Form.

"Graduate Registration Form" shall be filled in by the candidates themselves, and shall be sent to the local self-study examination office on the specified date after being audited by the unit (non-on-the-job personnel shall be signed by the subdistrict office or the township people's government) and reported to the local self-study examination working committee and the provincial examination committee for examination.

The relevant archival materials of graduates are sent to the organization, personnel or labor department of the graduate work unit by the provincial self-study examination office and stored in my file.
