3 After entering the setting interface, you can find the option of "personalized signature" in the general options menu. If you haven't set a personalized signature for Tencent's enterprise mailbox, please click the "Add Personalized Signature" button to create one or more personalized signatures for your mailbox.

4 Click "Add Personalized Signature" to enter the name and content of the new personalized signature. The name is a personalized signature used to distinguish your multiple mailboxes, and the content is the personalized signature added after you send an email. When the input is finished, click Save.

At this time, you can find the personalized signature you just saved in the personalized signature option. Of course, if you think your personalized signature can be cooler and more dazzling, you can click the edit button to modify your personalized signature.
