The download speed of these parts are different, so the part with good connectivity and fast speed can be downloaded first; the larger the file, the higher the chance that there will be a part that cannot be connected, or the speed is very slow, and it will stay at the end in the end. That part is constantly searching and connecting and this happens. When this happens, it does not necessarily mean that the last small part of the file cannot be downloaded, but it may be the slowest part of the entire file. At this time, you can use the pause/re-download method to solve the problem. Just select 99% of the resources that cannot be downloaded, select the "Pause Task" command, and then select the "Start Task" command. You can also double-click it directly to pause it, and double-click it again. , causing it to download again. Often with a crisp "beep" sound, the resource has been downloaded.

2. Check the IE settings

Sometimes the settings of the IE browser may also affect 99% of download problems. You can start with the reasons for the browser's own settings. Open the IE browser, select the "Tools" → "Internet Options" command, click the "Advanced" tab, then uncheck the "Check signatures of downloaded programs" check box, and confirm that "Allow running or installing software even if the signature is invalid" is selected. ” check box (as shown in Figure 1).

3. Clean up temporary folders and cookies

You can try to select the "Tools" → "Internet Options" command in IE, click "General" → "Browsing History" Click the "Delete" button, click the "Delete File" and "Delete Cookie" buttons in the open window, or simply click the "Delete All" button below (Figure 2), and then try to download the resource again.

4. Complete re-download method

If we are downloading an installer or other application and the file is not large, we can download it from another address.

5. Pause the anti-virus method

We can select the "Tools" → "Configuration" command in Thunder 5.9, click the "Download Security" tab, and then cancel all selections (such as Figure 3). See if the download can be completed. After success, be sure to re-select the corresponding options and let Xunlei check for viruses after downloading the resources.

6. Pay attention to selective downloading

When downloading BT or eMule resources, we can not download some unnecessary resources, such as documents, pictures or advertising files, and these files are There may be no resources on the Internet (most people don't download it and lose the source of enjoyment). As long as you cancel these resources, 99% of download problems can often be solved. For example, when we use Thunder to download BT resources, a window will pop up allowing us to select the resources we want to download. At this time, we can cancel irrelevant files (Figure 4). When we search for eMule resources on Xunlei Gou, if there are multiple resources, we can cancel the selection before unnecessary resources, and then click the "Download Selected" button to download (Figure 5).

Tips

For BT resources, you can also try to modify the BT Tracker to solve the problem, but the effect is often not very good, so I won’t go into details here.

7. Modify the file name extension method

If you really cannot download 99% of the resources, you can stop downloading and then modify the file name method to use it. However, this method can only be used for movie and television files, music files or compressed package files. For ordinary film, television, music or compressed package files, just remove the suffix ".td"; for BT film, television, music or compressed package files, remove the suffix ".bt.td"; for eDonkey film, television, music or compressed package files, remove the suffix ". emule.td". For film and television files and music files, you can directly try to play them with the player, but often only the last few parts cannot be played. For compressed files, you can right-click to decompress them. Of course, under normal circumstances, it is impossible for all the files to be decompressed, but since 99% of them have been downloaded, it generally will not affect use.

8. Pay attention to the offline download partial download function

Offline downloading is used by many people, and it is easy to cause "99% problems" when using it to download BT resources, but we are When downloading BT resources, completed files in unfinished BT tasks also support the local download function. This solves the problem that 99% of BT tasks are stuck in some cases that bothers users the most.

What we have to do is to first select the corresponding BT resource, then click "More Operations" → "Show File List", and then the download progress of each file will be displayed in the open window. If the corresponding file has been completely downloaded, there will be a "Download to local" link at the back, which you can click to download. You can also select multiple completed files and click the "Download selected files to local" button below to download them in batches (Figure 6).
