What does it mean that ICBC's customer signature is abnormal?
There may be the following situations: 1. This problem is generally because your U-Shield hardware is not connected normally, the U-Shield driver is not connected normally, or the wrong certificate is not selected when the page prompts "Please choose my certificate to sign".

Please try the following methods:

(1) Please read the certificate information through the U shield driver to see if the certificate has been successfully connected to the computer. It is recommended that you insert the U shield into the back interface of the desktop, or reconnect it with another USB interface. If you still can't connect to, please check whether you use a USB extension cable. It is recommended that you do not try to use USB extension cable. If you still can't read it, I suggest you unplug the U shield before you restart the computer.

(2) If the certificate driver is not installed normally, it is recommended that you uninstall the certificate driver and restart it. Then, do not insert the U shield, reinstall the driver (please download the latest version of the driver through ICBC's homepage, and be careful not to use download auxiliary software when downloading), and then insert the U shield after installation.

(3) If the certificate driver is still abnormal, and your system is an operating system above WIN2000, please check whether the smart card is enabled through Control Panel-Administrative Tools-Services (displayed in window classic view mode). If not, set the service status to Started and the startup type to Automatic.

2. Restart the computer, and then log in to personal online banking, so that the control can be applied normally.
