It may be the calligrapher's name or font size. As far as I know, there is a calligrapher named Chen.

Chen, formerly known as 1943, was born in Lianyungang, Jiangsu. He is currently a director of China Calligraphers Association, a researcher of China Calligraphers Association, a first-class painter of China Artists Association, a researcher of Beijing China Calligraphers Association, and the president of Beijing Research Association of China Calligraphy and Painting Art Foundation.
