8. For projects directly contracted by Party A, Party B is obliged to cooperate with other construction parties to ensure the quality of the project and the smooth completion of the project.

3. Party B’s Responsibilities

1. Assist Party A in determining the decoration design and construction instructions, and draft a construction progress plan and submit it to Party A for approval. The purchased main materials for decoration must be reviewed and approved by Party A in advance; we will assist Party A to go through the admission procedures and pay the decoration deposit and worker pass fee to the property in accordance with the "Order No. 90" of the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government.

2. Designate Party B as the representative at the construction site to be responsible for the performance of the contract. Organize construction as required, ensure quality and quantity, and complete construction tasks on schedule. Resolve all matters that are the responsibility of Party B.

3. Strictly implement construction specifications, safe operating procedures, fire safety regulations, and environmental protection regulations. Construction shall be carried out in strict accordance with the drawings and construction instructions. Project changes during the construction process shall be reviewed and approved by Party A in advance before construction can begin. Participate in completion acceptance and prepare project settlement sheets.

4. Comply with the regulations of relevant departments on construction site management, do a good job in construction site security, garbage disposal, etc., and at the same time coordinate the disturbance problems caused by construction.

5. During construction, the original building structure and various equipment and pipelines shall not be demolished at will without the consent of Party A or the approval of relevant departments. Otherwise, you will bear all the consequences caused thereby.

6. Party B will be responsible for repairing and compensating for pipe blockage, water leakage, power outage, damage to items, etc. caused by Party B in adjacent residential buildings.

7. Before the project is completed and handed over to Party A, Party A is responsible for protecting all on-site facilities and construction products.

8. Party B inspects Party A’s house. Passing the inspection indicates that Party B has recognized the quality of Party A’s house. If quality problems such as water, electricity, and hollow drums occur during Party B’s construction, the responsibility should not be passed to Party A. Party should solve it by itself or negotiate with the property management office.

9. All labor tools related to this contract will be provided by Party B.

10. Party B shall submit the project progress at least three days in advance, as well as the items Party A needs to purchase and the cooperating services Party A needs to provide, including on-site assessment and supervision.

IV. Project quality, construction period, warranty and liability for breach of contract

1. This project is based on construction drawings, quotations, project addition and modification orders and "Construction and Acceptance Specifications for Building Decoration Projects" (JGJ73-91) or "Shenzhen Home Decoration Engineering Quality Standards" and other national construction and acceptance specifications are the quality assessment and acceptance standards.

2. The construction period is affected due to Party A’s failure to perform its obligations as stipulated in the contract, or the quality of the materials and equipment provided by Party A is not up to standard, or the project quality is affected and the construction period is delayed due to Party A’s temporary changes to the drawings. The rework costs will be borne by Party A and the construction period will be postponed, subject to the "Project Addition and Modification Order".

3. If a quality accident occurs due to Party B’s fault, the rework costs will be borne by Party B and the construction period will not be postponed.

4. If the power outage, water outage and force majeure factors are not caused by Party B, the work will be stopped for more than 8 hours (accumulated within one week), and the construction period will be postponed accordingly.

5. If the work is stopped midway due to Party A’s reasons, Party A shall compensate Party B for the losses caused by the stoppage or delay in work. Party A shall pay Party B yuan for each day of work suspension or delay. If Party A fails to allocate the project funds as stipulated in the contract, Party A will pay a late fee based on % of the amount payable for each day of delay.

6. If the completion is delayed due to Party B’s reasons, Party B will pay Party A 100 yuan in liquidated damages for each day of delay. If Party A requires early completion during the contract period, in addition to paying the rush fee, Party A will pay Party B 100 yuan as a reward for each day in advance.

6. Special agreement

If the negotiation fails, it can be submitted to the Shenzhen Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with the currently effective arbitration rules of the Commission. The award is final and binding on both parties.

3. Matters not covered in the contract shall be negotiated separately by both parties. The written document formed by the agreement shall be a supplementary part of the contract and shall have the same effect as this contract.

8. Agreement on payment method for project payment

IV. Supply of Materials

1. For "double-guaranteed" projects that include labor and materials, the warranty period is two years, calculated from the date of completion acceptance. Kitchens, bathrooms and exterior walls that require waterproofing are required to be leak-proof for five years. The warranty period is calculated from the date of completion and acceptance of the residential interior decoration project.

2. If quality problems are caused by Party B, Party B will repair them unconditionally.

3. Damage caused by improper use by Party A, or failure to use normally, is not covered by the warranty.

10. Dispute Resolution
