Third, territorial registration requirements

In principle, only candidates who work or live in Hunan are allowed to apply in our province, and foreign candidates are not allowed to apply. Candidates should carefully read the relevant provisions of the registration conditions and consciously register in good faith according to the relevant requirements.

(1) Choose the registration method. Registered and newly registered applicants can choose whether to apply through the "notification system" after filling in relevant information in the registration system. Applicants must carefully read and know the application instructions, as well as the relevant vocational qualification system and examination implementation methods, fully grasp the application conditions and requirements, and fill in the relevant information accurately, completely and truly after confirming that they are fully qualified.

1. If you choose "Do not use the notification system", you must fill in the relevant information and upload the relevant supporting materials, and continue the registration process after the online preliminary examination by the personnel examination institution. If "no notification system" is selected, the registration system will not be allowed to modify and change the registration method again. 2. Those who choose "no notification system" and "withdrawal" will be deemed invalid if they fail to upload relevant materials to complete the online preliminary examination during the registration period.

(2) Information verification. Information such as personal identity, education background, major, work unit and relevant working years submitted by applicants during online registration is checked online through the government information sharing interface, and the check results can be divided into the following two types:

1. Online automatic verification passed. If you choose "notification system" to complete the registration, you will pass the examination and have no objection to the publicity. In principle, after the exam, you will no longer participate in manual verification.

2. Unable to verify online or failed to verify. If you choose "notification system" to register, you should upload relevant certification materials according to the tips of the registration system. After passing the examination, you should participate in the post-examination qualification verification according to the requirements of manual verification (attachment 1). If you choose "no notification system" to register, you must upload relevant certification materials according to the prompts of the registration system during the registration period, and continue to register after the online preliminary examination of the personnel examination institution.

(3) Persons to whom the notification system does not apply. The notification system is not applicable to applicants who have violated disciplines and regulations during the filing period and are recorded in the integrity files of professional and technical personnel qualification examinations. Such personnel must carry their ID cards, original academic certificates, unit labor contracts, social security payment records, etc. During the registration period, you must go to the second department of Hunan Personnel Examinations Institute for on-site registration. (4) Strengthen post-event supervision. Supervise and manage the whole process of applying for the exam, smooth the channels of supervision and reporting, and accept social supervision. (5) Strict punishment for dishonesty. Candidates who deliberately conceal the real situation, provide false information or obtain corresponding qualification certificates (achievement certificates) by other improper means shall be dealt with in strict accordance with the Provisions on Disciplinary Handling of Professional and Technical Personnel Qualification Examination (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Order No.31).

Establish a blacklist system for untrustworthy candidates, increase joint punishment for dishonesty, and strengthen cross-departmental linkage response. We will improve the joint disciplinary mechanism of "breaking faith in one place and being restricted everywhere", and the act of breaking faith will be recorded in the integrity file of professional and technical personnel qualification examination, and the candidates who have broken faith will be included in the national credit information sharing platform. (2) Matters needing attention in online registration

Seven, the examination method

(1) The professional qualification examination for supervision engineer consists of four subjects: basic theory of construction project supervision and relevant laws and regulations (objective questions), contract management of construction project (objective questions), target control of construction project (objective questions) and case analysis of construction project supervision (subjective questions). Among them, "Basic Theory of Construction Project Supervision and Related Regulations" and "Construction Project Contract Management" are basic disciplines; Target control of construction projects and case analysis of construction project supervision are professional disciplines. Professional categories are divided into civil engineering, traffic engineering and water conservancy engineering, and applicants can choose one of them according to actual work needs.

(2) Subjective questions should be answered on the special answer sheet, and the following matters should be noted: 1. Before answering the question, carefully read the examinee's notes (the second cover of the test paper) and the answer instructions (the first page of the special answer sheet); 2. If they pass the corresponding examination subjects for two consecutive examination years, they can obtain the corresponding professional examination certificate as the basis for increasing the professional category when signing up.

(4) According to the Notice of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Personnel Testing Center on Verifying the Qualification Examination Results of Professional and Technical Personnel (People Testing Center [2005]168), the results of objective questions are not verified in principle except for zero, absence of examination and violation of discipline. The application for result review is submitted to the personnel examination institution in the city where the examination results are registered within 30 days with the original ID card or admission ticket, and will not be accepted after the deadline.
