Personal passport (original)

Passport is intact, without damage or water stains.

The validity period should be at least 6 months before the departure date.

There are at least two complete and continuous blank pages, excluding the notes page.

For old passports, you must sign on the back of your passport.

Photo (original)

Take 2 color photos in the last 6 months, please write your name on the back of the photos.
