The client codes of 1. e-mail are different from those of the sender, which makes the recipient unable to parse the e-mail content, resulting in garbled codes.
2. The mail format matching the mail system does not match. This email needs a special email client to open.
3. The email itself is wrong or damaged, or the email itself is garbled.
Solution:
1. If the customer's code is different for the first and second reasons, then we should select the corresponding person's code when sending the email, right-click when sending, select the code, and then click Automatic Matching.
2. If it is the third reason, find the inbox in the tool of the email folder and click Start Repair. That would be great.
Precautions:
1. garbled mail is generally a mail coding problem to avoid receiving garbled mail. It is recommended to send it in international format HTML or plain text format. UTF8 coding is adopted internationally to avoid the inconvenience caused by the other party's failure to support identification.
2. The corresponding encrypted mail can only be viewed by the corresponding decryption software.
