National Aquatics Center
Events/Competitions: Curling/Wheelchair Curling (Winter Paralympics)
The National Aquatics Center is another iconic venue from the 2008 Beijing Olympics and will be reused in 2022. The venue hosted swimming, diving and synchronized swimming competitions in 2008. Its square design earned it the nickname "Water Cube". In order to host the Winter Olympics, the Water Cube was transformed into the Ice Cube, which will host curling competitions. After the 2022 Winter Olympics, the multi-purpose venue will continue to serve winter and summer sports, switching between the two depending on the season.
2. Yanqing Competition Area
National Bobsleigh and Sled Center

The Yanqing National Snowmobile and Sled Center has the first sliding sports track in China and the third track in Asia. The center can accommodate 2,000 seated seats and 8,000 standing seats.
3. Zhangjiakou Competition Area

Events/competitions: biathlon/disabled biathlon and disabled cross-country skiing (winter Paralympic Games)
The National Biathlon Center in Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, northern China, will host 11 biathlon events for the 2022 Winter Olympics. After the Winter Olympics, in addition to being used for the training of the Chinese national team, the center will also become a tourist attraction.
