Container cargo also needs to check the box number and seal number, and check whether the seal is correct and effective. For goods that require the use of loading reinforcement devices and reinforcement materials, the quantity, quality, and specifications of the loading reinforcement devices and reinforcement materials should be inspected in accordance with regulations. For over-limit, over-length, and heavy cargo, the dimensions should be re-measured according to the technical information provided by the shipper.
Goods whose weight is determined by the railway according to regulations must be carefully weighed. For goods whose weight is determined by the shipper, the station should organize random inspections. The interval between random inspections shall not exceed one month for each shipper (different types of bulk cargo), and shall not exceed one month for LTL and container cargo.
For goods whose weight is calculated based on density, the regularly measured density should be used as the basis for weight calculation. Goods should be stacked firmly and neatly in designated cargo spaces. The entire truckload of goods must be stacked in a certain shape and maintained at a certain height. LTL and container goods must be stacked in batches, with the cargo labels facing outwards and leaving passageways. Those who need to be isolated should do so according to regulations. The distance between goods and the edge of the line or platform must comply with regulations.
Article 7 After the goods have been received and accepted, the station shall issue a visa and handle the transportation in a timely manner. The truckload cargo must be registered in the "Cargo Shipping Book" (Format 1), and the container cargo must be registered in the "Container Arrival and Departure Register" (see the "Railway Container Transport Management Rules" for the format). LTL cargo can use the "Cargo Shipping Book" according to the size of the business volume. "Carrier Book", the station can also establish its own registration system, bind the registration information into a book, and keep it properly.
The "carrier's filling out" part of the cargo waybill and the filling in of the cargo ticket must comply with the provisions of the "Measures for Filling in the Cargo Waybill and Cargo Ticket", and the station date stamp must be clear and correct.
For the goods receipt voucher, the cargo ticket number and the contents of each column must be filled in correctly, and the station transportation date stamp should be stamped on the joint between the goods receipt voucher, the cargo waybill and the goods receipt voucher.

Article 8 When transporting perishable goods, stations must follow the relevant provisions of the "Railway Fresh Goods Transport Rules" (hereinafter referred to as the "Fresh Rules"). For goods that are not listed in the "Fresh Regulations" and are prone to spoilage or deterioration, the station should carefully review the transportation conditions.
When loading perishable goods, check whether the loading method meets the specified requirements.
If the goods are shipped by refrigerated truck, check whether the refrigerated truck work sheet filled out by the loading unit is complete and correct. If a refrigerated truck with ice is used, the shipper should check whether the shipper has added enough ice salt and attach the work sheet to the transportation bill for delivery with the vehicle. When adding ice on the way, the ice adding station should carefully fill in the ice adding operation record. If a mechanical refrigerated truck is used, the work order should be submitted to the mechanical refrigerated truck crew and delivered to the station. Article 9 When transporting dangerous goods, the station must follow the provisions of the "Railway Dangerous Goods Transportation Management Regulations" (hereinafter referred to as the "Dangerous Regulations") to carry out product name, serial number, category, packaging, marking and " Check the contents of the Shipper's Recorded Items column. When handling dangerous goods not listed in the "List of Railway Dangerous Goods" or changing the packaging of dangerous goods, the relevant transportation conditions shall be followed.
Station handling dangerous goods should formulate safety measures and management systems for transportation, delivery, packaging inspection, internal handover, loading and unloading operations, and storage and storage according to specific circumstances. Article 17 Trucks that must be washed and decontaminated after unloading according to regulations should be washed and decontaminated at the unloading station. Article 28 After receiving a forecast of cargo that cannot arrive at the agreed time, the station shall immediately notify the cargo and issue a notice if necessary.
If 15 days have passed after the expiration of the delivery period of the goods, or the fresh goods cannot be delivered at the arrival station beyond the delivery period, the arrival station must not only prepare freight records according to regulations, but also be responsible for the delivery of the goods.
