IPQC's responsibilities:
1. Inspect products during production and make records.
2. Fill in the inspection report according to the inspection records.
3. Put forward improvement countermeasures for the problems found in the inspection.
IQC's responsibilities:
1. Inspect raw materials in strict accordance with inspection standards.
2. Fill in the inspection record form truthfully.
3. Maintenance of test equipment
4. Abnormal raw material report
5. Identification of raw materials
6. Responsible for signing the inspection report of the warehouse material clerk.
Responsibilities and key points of QC (reference):
1, responsible for carefully checking all kinds of plastics, confirming standards, recording inspection results and quantity on QC inspection report, and calculating the qualified number, unqualified number and unqualified rate of the day.
2. Responsible for immediately notifying all relevant managers to take countermeasures against the found defective products, and QC will follow up to confirm the improvement effect.
3. Every time you switch products, be sure to refer to the samples to confirm whether the color and structure (insert) of the appearance oil spray/screen printing are qualified or not.
4. Please be careful when checking the plastic products. Be careful not to touch each other when putting the defective products into the bottom.
5. When screen printing defects are found, they should be neatly placed on the frame of the defects, indicating the name, reason, quantity, date and person in charge. The foreman shall be informed to solve the problem immediately, and QC shall confirm the improvement effect.
6. When the fuel injection QC discovers that the beer and plastic are defective, immediately notify the team leader to feed back the fuel injection QA review; When screen printing QC detects poor fuel injection, it immediately notifies fuel injection QC for re-inspection; When QA checks the defective products, it immediately notifies the screen printing QC for review; When the customer returns the defective products, QC will check and record the defective products, analyze the causes of the defective products, notify the relevant departments to take countermeasures, and track the improvement effect.
7. During the shift change, QC should explain and hand over the daily production line complaints, quality problems on duty, treatment methods, mold modification, newly-issued technical documents and samples, and sign them by both parties.
8. Always adhere to the 7S management concept: ensure the cleanliness of the working environment and the placement of materials.
7S management:
1S- Seiri: increase the working area; Smooth logistics to prevent misuse, etc.
2S- Seiton: The workplace is clean and clear, which can be seen at a glance, reducing the time for picking up and placing articles, improving work efficiency and maintaining a well-organized work order area.
3S- Seiso: Remove the dirt in the site and the material garbage in the operation area.
4S- Precision Machine: Make the sorting, rectification and cleaning work into a routine and system, which is the basis of standardization and the beginning of an enterprise culture.
5S- Literacy: Through literacy, employees can become people who abide by rules and regulations and have good work literacy.
6S- Safety: Ensure the personal safety of employees, ensure the continuous, safe and normal production, and reduce the economic losses caused by safety accidents.
7S- Saving: refers to the rational use of time, space and energy to maximize its efficiency, thus creating an efficient workplace that makes the best use of everything.
