The insurance law clearly stipulates that it is strictly forbidden for the insured to sign on his behalf, which is the red line. As the insured listed in the contract, if he doesn't have his own signature, he can think that he doesn't know or approve this policy, then this policy is invalid from the beginning, and the insured has the right to claim that this policy is invalid and the premium will be refunded in full. As for saying that "the policy agreed by the insured cannot be fully refunded", this is purely because the insurance company bullies your friend and does not understand the insurance law.
So don't be afraid, the premium of this policy can be fully refunded. You can only bear the cost of one handwriting identification at most.
