As an insurance agent, signing on behalf of the insurance agent is definitely not done. Customers should also understand that an insurance contract is a kind of contract, and the most basic contract is signed by both parties. If you sign an insurance contract in a modern way, there will generally be three results: 1. The customer refused to recognize the establishment of the contract and demanded a full refund of the premium. However, after the contract has passed the hesitation period, the company can only surrender the insurance according to the cash value of the contract. 2. According to the new Insurance Law, within two years, the company has the right to refuse compensation because of the signature problem. The company didn't know that the contract was signed by an agent, and it unconditionally assumed the insurance liability two years after the contract was established. Therefore, we generally require agents to resolutely not sign on their behalf! thank you
