Chapter I Provisions on Warehouse Management

In order to give full play to the material allocation function of the warehouse, standardize the material management procedures of the company's warehouse, promote the scientific, safe, efficient, orderly and reasonable operation of the company's warehouse, ensure that the company's assets are not lost and the brand, model, specification and quality of the materials needed for various projects meet the requirements, ensure that the supply of warehouse materials does not delay the progress of the project, and make the cost final accounts of various projects more accurate. This management system is specially formulated.

1. In order to prevent the loss of the company's material assets, all purchased materials and articles used by the company (furniture and furnishings needed for board houses can only be sent to the warehouse after acceptance by the company) must be put into storage before being taken out of the warehouse. It is forbidden to transport directly to the construction site without storage. Without the signature of the inspector, the company's finance department has the right to refuse to submit the accounts.

2. Classify all items in the warehouse and establish account books. Can be divided into: Wujinjiaodian plumbing, chemical (paint) aluminum steel, board (wood) building materials (including ceramic tiles), hand tools and machine parts, daily necessities protection and labor protection supplies.

3. All items in the warehouse must be arranged in a fixed position according to the nature and type of materials, so as to be placed in a standardized way, and the items should be marked in a fixed position as far as possible for easy access.

4. The warehouse must establish classified warehousing books and outbound books for each project. All accounts are posted on the same day, and it is forbidden to make accounts on the next day.

5. All relevant personnel who have various business relations with the warehouse must handle all kinds of business in strict accordance with the operation flow of warehouse management. Except for the materials and articles needed for the project directly authorized by the company to be purchased by the buyer (the warehouse must be checked and recorded after the purchase, and then brought out according to the procedure), it is forbidden for the site supervisor to directly hand over the materials to the buyer for purchase.

6. The warehouse shall carry out warehouse cleaning, sorting and comprehensive inventory of assets once every quarter, and report the inventory situation (including profit and loss statement) to the company. When taking stock, it is strictly forbidden to make a false offer, only to copy and perfunctory.

7. The warehouse shall register all machines and tools, and establish management measures for borrowing registration. Clean up once a year, register and report to the company according to the availability, use, abandonment and scrapping. In particular, the machines and tools that are scrapped due to exceeding the service life and belong to the company's fixed assets should be reported to the company's finance department for verification in time.

8. After each project is officially delivered to the owner or Party A for use, the warehouse shall make a final statement of the completed materials within 7 days and report it to the company.

9. Do a good job in warehouse safety. Fire fighting equipment should be placed reasonably. The warehouse and the area within 5 meters around the warehouse are non-smoking areas. No one is allowed to smoke. Offenders will be fined at one time 100 yuan. Non-warehouse management personnel are prohibited from entering the warehouse without permission. Those who don't listen to advice will be punished financially.

10, do a good job in the safety protection of warehouse items. According to the performance of materials, various materials should be placed reasonably to prevent materials from deformation, deterioration and moisture. Regularly check the performance and status of chemicals, deal with deteriorated and dangerous goods in time and report to the company.

The general principle of purchasing materials is: shop around, and the materials with the same service will win the bid.

14, strictly control the material acceptance criteria. The warehouse keeper should carefully check the name, grade, specification, origin, unit price, quantity, performance, quality and time limit of the materials sent to the warehouse or site against the purchase order and reference samples. Ensure that the incoming materials meet the requirements. If the materials do not meet the requirements or the goods are not on the right board, they will not be accepted and signed, and the buyer will be informed in time.

15, warehouse personnel, material clerks and buyers must summarize the problems in material work regularly. If there is a material price problem, the designer and the budget party or the company should be informed in time to prevent the company from being seriously lower than the market when reporting the project budget price to potential customers, thus causing the company to be damaged.

The relevant personnel in 16, 12, 13 and 14 should have a high sense of responsibility, and if serious losses are caused to the company, the company will hold the parties responsible.

17. The warehouse personnel should report the details of the company's material return to the company's finance department in time to avoid the company's economic losses.

Chapter II Operation Process of Warehouse Management

1. After receiving the new site drawings, each site supervisor (water, electricity and paint supervisor) carefully examines them, and according to the site project budget and actual project progress requirements, lists the material demand schedule five days in advance, indicating the brand, specification, model and quantity of the materials, including performance, state and color (if it is not commonly used materials, the designer is required to provide the name of the shop where the materials are purchased), and submits it to the warehouse.

2. After receiving the material demand plan of each site, the warehouse shall immediately check the inventory situation and decide whether to purchase or purchase quantity. If you need to buy, open a purchase order and report it to the material clerk for review.

3. After carefully examining the purchase order (including the measured quantity on the construction site) and communicating with the construction site, the material engineer will submit the purchase order to the buyer for purchase or notify the supplier for delivery.

4. The buyer (supplier) must buy the materials back to the warehouse according to the requirements of the purchase order within 2 days after receiving the order.

5. After the materials arrive at the warehouse, the warehouse keeper must check and accept them in strict accordance with the requirements of the order, put them in storage and enter them into the account. If the acceptance standard of materials cannot be determined, the materials engineer and site supervisor shall be informed to be present for acceptance in time to ensure the effectiveness of materials.

6. After the materials are put into storage, the warehouse keeper shall put them into storage according to regulations, and notify the construction site to pick up materials from the warehouse in time. The warehouse keeper will distribute the goods to each construction site according to the quantity of the picking list issued by each construction site, and make a good project account.

Chapter III Responsibilities of Warehouse Manager
