1. The registration information form must be printed online with a barcode "Guizhou Province 2019 Registration Information Form for Selecting Outstanding College Graduates to Work at the Grassroots Level". The "School (Guidance Officelt; Project Officegt;) Preliminary Review Comments Column" in the "Registration Information Form" must be stamped with the seal of the preliminary qualification review department. Among them, for candidates graduating in 2019, the "Registration Information Form" must be stamped with the seal of the graduate employment guidance department of the university where they are located; for candidates of grassroots service projects, the "Registration Information Form" must be stamped with the seal of the county-level "Guidance Office" and "Project Office" "Seal; for candidates who graduated in 2018 with a master's degree or above, if they are not employed, the "Registration Information Form" must be stamped with the seal of the employment guidance department of the original university graduates. If they are employed, the "Registration Information Form" must be stamped with Seal of the current workplace (primary and secondary school teachers must hold LT above the county level; including county level GT; certificate of approval from the education administrative department to participate in the selection and transfer).

2. Candidates who graduated in 2019 must provide the original and copy of the employment recommendation form; candidates who graduated in 2018 with a master's degree or above and candidates for grassroots service projects must provide corresponding academic qualifications Original and copy of degree certificate.

3. "Grassroots service project" personnel must support the "Three Supports and One Support" plan for county-level college graduates and the College Student Volunteer Service Western Plan Project Management Office (referred to as the "Project Office"), guide and encourage colleges and universities Graduates must go to the designated location for on-site qualification review with the certification documents issued by the Grassroots Employment Office ("Guidance Office") that they meet the application conditions, signed with review opinions and stamped with the official seal. The certification materials held by the personnel of the "grassroots service project" must indicate the school they graduated from, time of dispatch, service unit, length of service and annual assessment.

4. Retired college students and soldiers who apply for grassroots courts must provide the original and copy of their discharge certificate, academic degree certificate, and 2019 graduates must provide the original and copy of the employment recommendation form issued by the school.

5. If I am unable to go to the site for qualification review, someone else can do the review on my behalf. The agent must bring the original and photocopies of both parties' ID cards, the candidate's power of attorney for qualification review (which must be signed by the candidate), and the original and photocopies of the materials required for the candidate's qualification review to participate in the on-site qualification review.

6. The on-site qualification review materials submitted by candidates must have both originals and copies.
