The reason why the WIN7 system and Telecom's wireless network card cannot be connected is because Telecom's wireless network card driver cannot pass WIN7 certification.

Workaround: Disable digital signature authentication.

1. Click the Start button - enter gpedit.msc in the run box and press Enter;

2. Expand User Configuration - Administrative Templates - System - Driver Program installation;

3. Double-click the code signature of the device driver on the right interface;

4. Select Disabled and click OK.
