One member of BLACKPINK’s stage name is “Rosé”

The award-winning K-pop group has four members, but only one has the stage name Rosé. She is a singer and dancer who grew up in Australia and joined Lisa, Jisoo and Jennie's group BLACKPINK, performing at Coachella and concert venues around the world.

Although Rosé is the K-pop idol's stage name, the singer's real name is Roseanne Park (her Korean name is Park Chaeyoung, and her Chinese name is Park Chaeyoung). Her stage name comes from a shortened version of Roseanne, sometimes also known as Rosa, Rosie, Rosalie, Rosina and Rosalina.

But the most famous is the stage name Rosé. Now she is the spokesperson of many fashion brands. For example, in 2020, Anthony Vaccarello (Royé Vaccarello) announced that Rosé will become the spokesperson of YSL (Saint Laurent) Global Ambassador and became the global face of Saint Laurent for Fall 2020, filming its global campaign.
