Vincent William Van Gogh (1853-1890), also known as "Van Gogh" in Chinese, was a Dutch post-impressionist painter. Born into a family of Protestant ministers, he was a pioneer of Post-Impressionism and deeply influenced twentieth-century art, especially Fauvism and Expressionism. Van Gogh's works "Starry Night", "Sunflowers" and "Wheatfield with Crows" are already the most famous and precious works of art in the world.
