Inventory work is no stranger to a warehouse manager, because it is a task that must be completed every month. However, the year-end inventory is a large-scale inventory once a year, and everyone must not have a careless attitude, because it first affects our company's senior management's understanding of the company's assets and a better start to the new year. Before the inventory, everyone is like an ant on a hot pot, busy every day to ensure that the physical items, cards, and accounts are consistent. However, our busyness is worth it. Our work is recognized by others because our inventory work went smoothly. This is something we should be proud of. If we don’t do our work well at ordinary times, we should be anxious before taking inventory. There is no use being busy. Although this time the store is over and we will continue to use many good aspects, there are still some small problems, such as:

1. When handing over and returning items with the material clerk If the material clerk returns too much material (with the material clerk's explanation), our warehouse keeper should put the excess materials in the spare box according to the situation after the handover. If it is not possible, When you take it out, write the reason in the outer box to facilitate future work and inventory.

2. If a warehouse keeper resigns or needs to change positions due to work needs, the replacement warehouse keeper should have good contact with the original warehouse keeper, and all materials should be handled during the handover. It is necessary to check all of them, so that you can better understand the status and other conditions of the materials in the future, and truly know what they are.

3. This inventory work made me realize the criticality of an accountant's work. All accounting data must be accurate, which requires more seriousness, care and carefulness. You will be more confident in your future work.

When I came to the company, I didn’t understand it at first and now I have become a part of it. I have learned a lot in the past few months, which was completely different from my previous school work.
