2. Where should I go for vaccination and physical examination?
Generally, everyone's first choice is the local international travel health center. Because it is a one-stop service, you must have a physical examination before vaccination. After that, I will give you the above-mentioned international travel health certificate (commonly known as Little Red Book), which records your medical information. After you have vaccinated, you will also be given an international vaccination certificate, which records the vaccines and information you have vaccinated.
However, some students will complain that the international travel health center is too expensive and hope to go to the hospital for vaccination and physical examination.
3. What should I bring to the International Travel Health Center?
Generally need to carry things are:

4 2-inch bareheaded photos (posted on Little Red Book 1, posted on Little Yellow Book 1, posted on the physical examination application form sent to you by the center 1, for backup 1).

4. Can I go to the International Travel Health Center without vaccination and physical examination?
Because the school only asks to fill in the vaccination form, some students will ask, can I go to the hospital and ask the doctor to sign and seal it after I fill it out? It should be noted here that even if those hospitals can complete the injection for you and sign and seal it, they can't issue little yellow books and little red books. Only the little yellow book is an international vaccination certificate. So please think for yourself.
5. If I have been vaccinated in other hospitals and they don't have a little yellow book, can I open a little yellow book in the International Travel Health Center?
Xiao Lai, the host, and I consulted the International Travel Health Centers in Shanghai and Beijing respectively, and the answer was that we need to bring the injection certificate and then estimate the handling fee.
Secondly, if you have been vaccinated in other hospitals (such as school hospitals) before, and keep the vaccination records and specific time issued by the hospital, then Beijing International Travel Health Care Center will issue you a certificate to prove that you have been vaccinated before. Then your vaccination records in other hospitals will be transferred to the yellow vaccination card of Beijing International Travel Health Care Center mentioned above. And Beijing International Travel Health Care Center will fill in the vaccination history form required by American schools and stamp it. This can also be brought to the United States, American schools admit.
Note: It should be noted that I asked the International Travel Health Center in Shanghai, and they said that they would not issue small red books for medical certificates from other places.
6. What vaccines do you usually need?
The doctor of the International Travel Health Center will choose the type of vaccine for you according to the form provided by the school. They are very professional, don't worry.
Common vaccines are:
MMR (Measles, Mumps and Rubella): A combined vaccine to prevent measles, mumps and rubella needs to be injected twice, and the second injection is a booster injection. The second injection should be given 1 month after the first injection.
DPT (diphtheria, pertussis and tetanus): DTP combined vaccine, that is, pertussis, diphtheria and tetanus combined vaccine. Generally, when we were young, we were vaccinated with DTP combined vaccine. However, DTP combined vaccine is not effective for life, and the general validity period is about 10 year. Therefore, we usually need another booster injection. I had a good fight in Shanghai, that is, strengthening pertussis and tetanus.
Hepatitis B: Hepatitis B vaccine. We also injected this vaccine when we were young, but the hepatitis B vaccine also has an expiration date, which is generally 10~ 15. So after the expiration date, there may be no hepatitis B antibody in our body (can it be detected by physical examination). If not, we need to inject again. Hepatitis B vaccine needs three injections, and the last two are enhanced injections. The second one needs an injection.
