Piece-rate employees clock in according to the working hours arranged by the workshop according to the production needs, and report the clock-in record of the production workshop to the Human Resources Department for the record after being confirmed and signed by the workshop director every day as the accounting basis of wages.
4. Supervision and management of punching: The Human Resources and Security Department of the President's Office is responsible for the supervision and management of punching. No one is allowed to damage the attendance equipment. Anyone who intentionally damages the attendance machine will be dealt with severely once verified, and will be fined twice the price of the attendance machine.
5. Management of other credit card matters:
1) If you can't swipe your card on time due to work or other special reasons, provide relevant formalities certificates signed by the department head (such as business trip application form, leave application form, employee attendance abnormality form, etc.). ) and reported to the human resources department as the basis for attendance;
2) Under special circumstances, if it is impossible to record fingerprints, swipe IC cards, etc., the relevant procedures approved by the department head must be submitted to the Human Resources Department for verification and filing (Table 4, Employee Abnormal Attendance Form), or the working hours must be registered at the security office.
3) If the company can't work according to the unified schedule due to the special nature of the work, the department head shall apply for the "Special Post Schedule" in writing, and punch in according to the "Special Post Schedule" after being reviewed by the Human Resources Department and reported to the President for approval.
4) The chairman, president, vice president, company consultant and external project team members are not allowed to punch in.
Second, the punishment provisions
1. Late: If you enter the company after normal working hours, you will be punished for being late. Late for one time, deduct the salary of the month. 30 minutes late, 20 yuan will be deducted for 30 minutes to 1 hour. If you are late for more than 1 hour, you will be treated as absenteeism for half a day. Be late for three times, be absent from work for six times, and be punished for absenteeism 1 day.
2. Leave early: leave early before the off-duty time, and double the punishment according to the "late time standard";
3. Leave the post without authorization: leaving the post for more than half an hour for non-work reasons is regarded as leaving the post without authorization, and leaving the post without authorization is punished according to the standard of "leaving early";
Absenteeism: Absenteeism time is deducted by three times the daily salary. Absenteeism for more than three days is a serious violation of the company's rules and regulations. According to Article 37 of the Labor Contract Law, it is deemed that the employee voluntarily proposes to terminate the labor relationship.
5. For employees who are absent from work or have their leave extended for 3 days, all departments should give feedback to the President's Office and the Finance Department within 4 working days to freeze the salary of the employees. If an employee leaves his post for three consecutive days due to continuous absenteeism, the department shall report to the president's office on the fourth day. Those who fail to report within the time limit will be punished by 50 yuan/person, and the direct leader and department head will be punished by 100 ~ 200 yuan respectively. It is a serious violation of the company's rules and regulations for employees to be absent from work for more than 3 days without reason or for more than 5 days in a month. The company also has the right to unilaterally terminate the labor contract.
6. If the employee leaves the company, the attendance clerk shall submit the employee resignation application form and resignation approval form to the Human Resources Department for filing or archiving within 2 days, otherwise the attendance clerk will delay 10 yuan/day, and the supervisor will lead 20 yuan/day.
7. If each department fails to submit the manual attendance to the Human Resources Department for review on time, the responsible person will be fined 10 yuan for every day late (except Sunday); If the manual attendance record is incomplete or incorrect, the person in charge will be fined 5 yuan for each problem found, and if it is fraudulent, it will be fined 100 yuan each time.
8. If 8.HR fails to calculate the salary according to the attendance report, the responsible person will be fined 20 yuan/time.
9. Those who forget to swipe their cards apply by themselves, and the signature of the competent leader can be regarded as effective attendance, but 5 yuan will be deducted/time. Punch on behalf of others. Once found, both parties will be fined 200 yuan/time.
