1. Official languages

The official languages of the Games are Chinese and English.

2. Equipment

All competition equipment must be confirmed by the referee. The chess set provided by Yingchang Weiqi Education Foundation will be used in the competition. If a competitor needs to change the competition equipment due to his recognized disability, he/she should inform the competition director at least 7 days before the competition.

3, draw lots

The draw lots for the competition should be carried out by the referee in accordance with the rules in the principle of fairness, justice and openness under the supervision of the public. The specific drawing principles are attached. (Annex 2)

4. Schedule

The complete schedule and schedule of the competition should be announced before the competition. In case of special or emergency during the competition, the referee can adjust the schedule.

Article 6 Determination of priority

Determine the priority of the game by computer drawing or guessing first. In the stage of implementing the integral round robin, the computer arranges the lottery to determine the priority; In the knockout stage, guess first to determine the priority. (Annex 2)

The first team player is determined first, and the third and fifth teams are the same as the first team player; The order of stations 2 and 4 is opposite to that of station 1.

Article 7 Timing

Except for doubles, the basic time of other competitions is 6 minutes. After the basic time runs out, the game enters the delay stage. The delay stage of this competition refers to three 3-second countdown.

The chess player leaves the table during the basic use period, and the chess clock keeps ticking. Enter the delay stage, if the player asks to go to the bathroom, he can stop the clock once, not more than 5 minutes.

1, the beginning of the game

after entering the arena, players should sit in the position where the name tag is placed, and they are not allowed to change the name tag at will. Before the start of the first round, the referee will inform the players of the time limit, overtime mode and the use and function of the chess clock. After the referee announces the start of the game, the game can only begin. At this time, the white player should first press the button on the chess clock to start the black chess clock. If the white team is absent, the referee will ring the bell.

2, playing chess

If the hand has left the chess piece or the chess piece stays on the chessboard for more than 1 second after landing, the chess piece is considered to be dropped, and the chess piece cannot be moved again after landing, but minor adjustments can be made if the chess piece is not placed properly. The expression of virtual hand is to put a son on the opponent's side of the chess clock and press the clock.

Article 9 Finalization

1. Finalization

One party thinks that there are no more points to contend on the chessboard, and he can represent an empty hand. The opponent can express his consent through virtual hands, and the game is terminated; Or the other side can object and continue to play chess, then the game will continue until both sides show empty hands. After the game is over, under the supervision of the referee, the two sides confirm the ownership of 361 intersections on the board, such as confirming the chess pieces that will eventually die, putting them forward, and then finalizing them. If there is agreement on this, the game is terminated. If any party has different opinions, the game will continue in the original order until both players show empty hands, which is regarded as final. In this case, all the pieces on the chessboard are regarded as live.

2. Counting points

Once the match is terminated, under the supervision of the referee, the score is calculated by filling the counting points; Fill the counting points according to Article 7 of the Rules of Go (Rules of Go for the 28 World Intellectual Games) (Annex 1). The referee verifies the results and confirms the sticking situation and final score according to Article 6 of Go Rules. Both parties sign the registration form of the competition results for confirmation. It will take effect immediately upon signature. The result cannot be changed. If either party disagrees with the result of the competition, it can appeal to the referee, who will be the first arbiter. If the player and the referee disagree, they can appeal to the referee or the deputy referee, and the ruling is final. If there is still disagreement, it can be submitted to the Arbitration Commission for reconsideration, but it cannot change the penalty result of the on-site referee. See Article 14.

Third, admit defeat

A player can admit defeat at any time during the game, which can be expressed in the following three ways:

(1) Admit defeat orally in a language that the opponent can understand.

(2) Stop the chess clock and ask the referee to confirm.

(3) Put two pieces on the chessboard at the same time.

Article 1 Code of Conduct for Players

Weiqi is a chess game full of tradition, etiquette and mutual respect. During the match, the behavior of chess players should follow the following guidelines:

1. It is the obligation of all participants to observe discipline, maintain order, behave in a civilized manner, dress neatly, obey the referee, respect their opponents, and participate in the opening and closing ceremonies and other activities stipulated by the tournament.

2. Abide by sports ethics, and the contestants must meet the entry conditions stipulated by the Games; It is forbidden to play fake chess and engage in cheating such as gentleman's agreement; After the players sign up for the competition, they are not allowed to abstain or withdraw from the competition without proper reasons.

3, in order to ensure the quiet and good environment of the stadium. Smoking is prohibited in the stadium, and all personnel entering the stadium stop using mobile phones and other communication tools.

4. Players must turn off their mobile phones and other communication tools when entering the arena, and are prohibited from consulting materials;

5. During the game, players are forbidden to talk with people other than referees and staff. It is a necessary conversation, which should be carried out with the permission of the referee and under the supervision of the referee;

6. During the game, the players are not allowed to have any behaviors that hinder the opponent's thinking and playing chess;

7. One party touches the ball during the other party's absence, and the other party is obliged to indicate the drop point when returning.

8. After the game is over, the players should tidy up their chess sets and leave according to the regulations.
