1. Endorsement means transferring it to someone else. A blank endorsement is a Blank Indorsement. Just write the endorser’s signature and there is no need to fill in anything.

2. Blank Indorsement Also known as "bearer endorsement", "abbreviated endorsement" and "incomplete endorsement".

An endorsement that does not record the endorsee’s name or business name, but only the endorser’s signature on the back of the instrument.

3. The transfer of a blank endorsement is different from the transfer of a named endorsement. If a registered endorsement is transferred again, the endorsee must endorse it again, and delivery is not allowed.

4. The transfer of a blank endorsement generally needs to be carried out according to the following methods:

(1) Transfer based on the delivery of the instrument.

(2) Then endorse the transfer in blank.

(3) Transfer based on registered endorsement. The holder of a blank endorsement note can record the name of the endorsee and sign the note before transferring it.

(4) Record yourself as the endorsee in the blank space, and transfer by endorsement in blank or by name.

(5) Record in the blank space the transfer by another person as the endorsee.
