Method steps:
Create a new word document, click the File menu and execute the page setup command. In the pop-up page setup dialog box, we set the paper as A4 in the paper tab, set the layout direction as landscape in the margins tab, and then click OK.
Return to the editing area; Execute the "Picture" command in the "Insert" menu and find "From File", that is, select the picture to be inserted from the file. Open the picture selection dialog box, find the picture we prepared in advance, click Select, and then click OK.
Insert the picture into the editing area; Select a picture, adjust the size of the picture through the control points on the side, and use it to basically occupy the whole picture (good quality is required, otherwise it will be distorted). While keeping the picture selected, right-click and select "Format Picture" in the pop-up menu; In the pop-up "Picture Format" dialog box, we select the "Layout" tab, and select "Text below" in line feed mode; Click OK after setting.
Click the Insert menu, select the Text Box command, and select Horizontal. The cursor will turn into a cross, draw a text box above the picture, enter the text "Common" toolbar in the text box, set the size, color and font of the text box, and adjust the position of the text box to make the whole picture look more beautiful.
Select the border of the text box, right-click, select Format Text Box from the pop-up menu, find the Color and Line tab in Format Text Box, and select None from Fill Color and Line Color. After the setting is completed, click OK.
Click Insert-Picture-WordArt again; In the open art font library, we choose a favorite art font style, and then click OK.
