Can an electronic signature be applied as a trademark? How to apply? Waiting online?
I don't think so at present.

Article 8 of Chapter 1 of the Trademark Law clearly stipulates:

Any visible sign that can distinguish the goods of natural persons, legal persons or other organizations from the goods of others, including words, graphics, letters, numbers, three-dimensional signs and color combinations, and the combination of the above elements, can apply for registration as a trademark.

"Electronic signature" generally refers to "an electronic sound, symbol or program associated with or logically associated with an electronic record, which is signed or adopted by someone for signing an electronic record. In other words, electronic signature is not a visible sign, and its distinctiveness is not strong, so it should not be registered as a trademark.

However, it is worth noting that "sound" has been included in the draft amendment to the Trademark Law in September 20 1 1. It remains to be seen whether you can register in the future.
