Edit the file into a shared document. The operation steps are as follows:
1. Click "Review" in the excel ribbon to switch the review options, and click "***Share Workbook".
2. Click the "File" button in excel and open the excel options dialog box in the file menu.
3. In the excel options dialog box, click "Trust Center" in the red box on the left, then click "Trust Center Settings" to open the Trust Center settings, and in the dialog box, click "Personal" in the red box on the left Information Options" and then uncheck "Remove personal information from file properties when saving" and click OK all the way.
4. Go back to the first step and click "***Share Workbook". The "***Share Workbook" settings dialog box will pop up. Check "Allow multiple users to edit and run the workbook at the same time." Merge", then switch to the advanced options; set the automatic update interval to 5 minutes (the minimum time), then check "Save my changes and view other users' changes", and click the OK button.
5. Click OK to save the document.
