(1) Beijing Students Graduates Students

Recruitment Procedure

(1) Registration

1. Registration time: 9:00 on March 23, 2022 to 17:00 on March 25, 2022 00.

2. Registration method: online registration, online qualification review, and online printing of admission tickets.

3. Registration procedures:

(1) Online registration. Applicants must log in to the "Beijing Shijingshan District Education System Open Recruitment Platform" (hereinafter referred to as the "Public Recruitment Platform") to register. Those who have not registered online will not be able to enter the subsequent recruitment process. Each person is limited to applying for one position, and the identity document used during registration and examination must be consistent, otherwise the application qualification will be cancelled. The information filled in by the applicants in the system should be true, complete and accurate, and the registration information cannot be modified once the online review is completed.

(2) Check the qualification review results. Applicants log in to the "Public Recruitment Platform" to check whether they have passed the qualification review. Registration is deemed successful if the review is passed. Applicants who have passed the online qualification review will no longer be able to change their registration information. Between 17:00 on March 25, 2022 and 17:00 on March 26, 2022, if your application is not reviewed or fails to pass the qualification review, you cannot apply for other positions.

(3) Print the admission ticket. Applicants who have passed the online qualification review should log in to the "Public Recruitment Platform" after 9:00 on March 29 and print their admission tickets on A4 paper under "Recruitment Progress".

(2) Online comprehensive business assessment

1. Online comprehensive business assessment time and content

Online comprehensive business assessment (hereinafter referred to as "online comprehensive business assessment") "Assessment") is organized by the Shijingshan District Education Committee and implemented by each recruitment unit.

The online assessment mainly examines the professional knowledge and comprehensive qualities required for the position, etc. It is conducted through micro-lessons and oral defense, with a total duration of 30 minutes. The micro-lessons and oral defense scores are calculated separately, and based on micro-lessons. The comprehensive score of the online assessment is calculated with the examination score accounting for 70% and the defense score accounting for 30%.

The specific time arrangement, network and other requirements for the online assessment will be notified separately by the recruiting unit. Those who fail to take the exam after the deadline will be deemed to have automatically given up.

2. Announce the comprehensive score of the online assessment

The comprehensive score of the online assessment is the candidate’s final score. The comprehensive score of the online assessment is based on a hundred-point system, and the passing score is 60 points. The comprehensive results of the online assessment are announced on the notice board of the "Public Recruitment Platform" and the "Shijingshan District Government Portal".

(3) Qualification review

For those who have achieved the passing score in the online assessment, they will be arranged in order from high score to low score, according to the 1:1 ratio for the proposed position. The proportion enters the qualification review. Those who fail the qualification reexamination or give up automatically will be supplemented in order from high to low according to the comprehensive scores of the online assessment.

2. Materials required for qualification review:

(1) "Registration Form" confirmed by the online registration system (download and print from the "Public Recruitment Platform", and my "Integrity Statement" ” signature);

(2) Original and photocopy of ID card, household register (card);

(3) Original academic qualifications and degree certificates recognized by the national education administration department and Copies (subsequent academic qualifications must also provide the Ministry of Education academic certification certificate); graduates are required to provide the original and copy of the college graduate employment recommendation form (stamped by the school’s employment department) and transcripts (stamped by the school’s academic affairs department);

(5) Those who have returned from studying abroad in Beijing should provide the originals and copies of the Ministry of Education academic qualification certificate, passport, certificate of return from studying abroad, entry and exit records, etc.

(6) The original and copy of my teacher qualification certificate, or the original and copy of the valid "Certificate of Passing the Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualification Examination";

(7) Job requirements: If you have working experience and years, you must provide proof of work experience and years;

3. Centralized qualification review:

After the qualification review of the recruiting unit, the personnel participating in the qualification review will submit the review materials to the relevant departments of the District Education Commission for centralized qualification review. Those who pass the qualification review will enter the physical examination.

(4) Physical examination, inspection and publicity

The recruiting unit organizes physical examination and inspection. The inspection content mainly includes the ideological and political performance, moral character, business ability, work performance, etc. of the candidates. . The physical examination standards shall be implemented with reference to the relevant physical examination standards for civil servant recruitment. If candidates who enter the scope of the physical examination fail to pass the physical examination, among those who pass the online assessment, the candidates will be postponed in order from high to low.

Candidates who pass the physical examination and inspection are determined to be candidates for employment, and the list will be published on the "Shijingshan District Government Portal" for 7 working days. Once the public announcement has started, if there are vacancies in the recruitment positions again, it will not be postponed.
