Electronic official seal
Electronic official seal, also known as unit electronic seal, refers to the electronic seal used by party and government organs, enterprises and institutions, mass organizations, private non-enterprise units and other units, mainly including electronic legal name seal, electronic financial special seal, electronic contract special seal, electronic invoice special seal, electronic legal representative name seal and other types.
The basic requirements of electronic official seal include:
1) meets the technical requirements of national standards for electronic seals and industry standards for seal safety management information systems.
2) Keep the information consistent with the physical seal and keep the state synchronized.
3) Realize the information archiving of electronic seal.
4) Being able to confirm the identity of users and their representation or agency, that is, legal person authorization.
Note: "consistent information" means that the electronic seal information comes from the physical seal information, that is, "material and electricity are of the same origin".
