In Win 10 environment, when using the vSphere Client to open the virtual machine console, sometimes the console display is abnormal, the remote console screen display is incomplete, and some areas are black and inoperable. This problem is caused by system compatibility.

Change client property compatibility

Checked: Run the program in compatibility mode (win7 or win8 is acceptable) and disable display scaling when setting high DPI.

Just reopen the client connection console.
