On the other hand, consolidating the basic work of trade unions, establishing and perfecting the whole accounting system and working system, and rationalizing the working relationship have promoted the expansion of trade unions' work content in the company and improved the overall work level. We introduced the experience of democratic management of Yurun Company to private enterprises and trade union organizations of foreign-funded enterprises by holding meetings, and also organized them to observe the on-site meeting of the workers' congress held by the general manager of the city in Yurun Company in time, which greatly mobilized the enthusiasm of democratic management of non-public enterprises such as Xu Yangshen and Xintian.
Fourth, take the territorial management of trade unions in non-public enterprises as an opportunity to strengthen the construction of trade union organizations.
In order to implement the spirit of the meeting of the district general manager on territorial management of trade unions in non-public enterprises, we actively carried out our work in strict accordance with the relevant requirements, mainly achieving "four in place". Among them, 10 enterprises with more than 25 employees have not organized trade unions. Fourth, implementation measures are in place. For enterprises that have not yet formed trade unions, we have worked out the work plan of forming trade unions in non-public enterprises in strict accordance with the principle of "where there are employees, trade unions should be established" and established the working idea of "first forming, then standardizing". Eight, under the premise of supporting the construction of the new district, mobilize the broad masses of workers to actively participate in the construction of the new district.
This year, the demolition of the second and third phases of the Olympic Sports involves many enterprises and households, and the task of demolition is not only extensive, but also difficult. We actively mobilize the broad masses of workers to support the construction of Hexi New Town with practical actions. On the one hand, 30 representatives of female workers were organized to participate in the signature activity of "Give up my family, care for everyone, and I will contribute to the construction of Hexi".
