I still remember November 15, 2015. It was a snowy day. We went to the new school to report. I have been in this school for four years, and I have not taught many students in four years, and there are very few who are outstanding. I just started working at that time, and I cherish my hard-won job even more. Because since graduation, I have been working in a foreign company's factory. 14 years have passed and my teaching skills and level are not as good as those of newly graduated college students. I still remember that before choosing a position, I bought elementary school textbooks, previewed them myself, and reported to the school. As an English teacher in a village primary school, my biggest hope is that the children can learn a few more words and understand a few more sentences when they are in primary school, so that they can be more relaxed when they reach junior high school.

I still remember that in the first few days, during an after-school tutoring session, another teacher asked several students in our class whether they liked the current class teacher or the original class teacher. At that time, a child said that he didn't like me, so my work enthusiasm was severely affected. At that time, the teacher advised me not to be too strict with them. If it was too strict and caused rebellious psychology in the children, the consequences would be disastrous. I felt that I was so attentive to them, but I didn't appreciate them at all! In the next few days? I felt like giving up, but the children's performance exceeded my expectations. Even if I don't urge them to read English, they are reading it themselves.
